- Our client’s needs are number one; applicants don't pay our fee. We only send seriously-interested candidates. We will not waste your time with applicant’s “testing the water” to see what is out there. Only candidates who are ready to jump in with both feet will find their way to your door.
- Applicants presented will have a strong background in the specific field requested. (i.e., sales position -- someone with a successful sales record, a proven ability to increase new and existing clients, achieved sales goals, experienced cold caller, etc.) Genesis only presents the crème de crème. Our business philosophy is “Like Attracts Like, and we are extremely selective in who gets to meet our clients. An intense face-to-face interviewing process is performed before the interview. They must WOW us before they get send-outs to our clients. We are looking for Super Stars, and we are constantly in “Star Search” mode.

- After each candidate gets their first send-out, we require each candidate to report back to Genesis and report the details of their interview and whether they are interested in pursuing the position. If these candidates do not report back to with within two to four hours of their interview, we will report their lack of follow-up to the client. This method has proven to us, time and time again, the follow-up skills of a candidate.
- After each candidate is placed in a company, during the first couple months, we contact them every Sunday or Monday evening to see how they are adjusting to their new job. If we see any red flags, we contact the client.
- Our competitive personality presents itself in our placements, as we will do everything we can to ensure that our placements last.
